Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve a product before its official release at the listed price. You are charged in full at checkout, which locks in your spot and your price — even if the product increases in value before release. Once the manufacturer releases the item, your order enters our standard processing queue.
Pre-orders follow the same process as all in-stock orders after release. Orders are processed in 2–4 business days after the product becomes available, then shipped with an estimated delivery of 4–10 business days for USA orders (14–28 business days internationally). You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as it ships.
Yes — manufacturers like Pokémon Company, Panini, and Topps occasionally adjust release dates. This is outside our control. Whenever a date shifts, we will notify all affected customers by email with the updated timeline. You may keep your pre-order at the original locked-in price or cancel for a full refund.
Yes — pre-orders can be cancelled up to 7 days before the official release date for a full refund to your original payment method. After that cutoff, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as inventory may already be in transit. Contact us as early as possible at contact@ravellocards.com.

Shipping is completely free on all orders, worldwide. No minimum purchase required, no hidden fees at checkout. What you see is what you pay.
All orders are processed in 2–4 business days before they ship. After shipment, estimated delivery times are:
- USA: 4–10 business days
- International: 14–28 business days (depending on destination and customs)
Yes — Ravello Cards ships worldwide with free shipping. International orders typically arrive within 14–28 business days after shipment. Please note that customs duties and import taxes, if applicable in your country, are the responsibility of the buyer.
We offer a 30-day return window on eligible sealed, unopened items in original factory condition from the date of delivery.

We process in-stock orders quickly. Email us at contact@ravellocards.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to modify or cancel. Once an order has been packed and handed to the carrier, changes can no longer be guaranteed.
Please do not discard any packaging. Take clear photos of the outer shipping box, the damaged product, and the interior packaging. Email the photos to contact@ravellocards.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
That’s entirely our mistake and we’ll fix it at no cost to you. Email a photo of what you received along with your order number to contact@ravellocards.com. We’ll ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong one. We aim to resolve all wrong-item cases within 1–2 business days.
Once we confirm your return is received and eligible, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The credit is applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 4–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Yes — guaranteed. Every product we sell is sourced directly from authorized distributors and official manufacturer channels. We never work with third-party grey-market suppliers. Your purchase is always the real thing, or we will make it right — no questions asked.
Absolutely. All hobby boxes and sealed products ship in their original, untouched factory-sealed condition. We never open, repack, or tamper with any sealed product. If a box arrives with a broken seal, photograph it immediately and contact us at contact@ravellocards.com — we will resolve it promptly.
Have card sleeves and toploaders ready before you open any pack or box. Sleeves protect from dust, moisture, and surface scratches. Toploaders add rigid protection for your best pulls. Store full sets in a side-loading binder to keep everything organized and in mint condition.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed over a secure SSL-encrypted connection to keep your information safe.
Yes. Ravello Cards uses SSL encryption and secure payment processors — we never store your full card details on our servers. Your financial information is handled directly by certified payment providers.
