All orders are processed within 2–4 business days from the date of purchase. Processing time refers to the time it takes to verify, prepare, and dispatch your order. Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
  • During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you by email if this occurs
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted international shipping carriers to deliver your orders. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and will be selected at our discretion to ensure the best available service.


6. Order Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website or through our Track Your Order page on ravellocards.com.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Ravello Cards ships worldwide. For international orders, your package may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival in your country. Please note:

  • Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • Ravello Cards has no control over customs processes or fees
  • Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery times
  • We are unable to predict or cover any customs-related charges

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order if you are concerned about potential fees.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before completing your order. Ravello Cards is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at contact@ravellocards.com. We will do our best to update your address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.


9. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@ravellocards.com. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If the order is confirmed lost, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund depending on product availability, in accordance with our Refund Policy.


10. Damaged Orders in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@ravellocards.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review your case and respond within 2–4 business days with an appropriate resolution in line with our Refund Policy.
