At Ravello Cards, we are committed to handling every refund and return request fairly and transparently. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase so you fully understand your rights and our process.
1. Eligibility for a Refund or Return
You may be eligible for a refund or return if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged or defective
- Your order was lost in transit and not delivered within a reasonable timeframe
To be eligible, you must contact us at contact@ravellocards.com within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date with the following information:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (for damaged or incorrect orders)
2. Non-Eligible Items & Situations
Refunds and returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The request is made more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date
- The item has been used, altered, or is no longer in its original condition
- The issue is due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- The order was delayed due to customs, postal carriers, or circumstances beyond our control
- The customer changed their mind after the order was placed and shipped
3. Return Process
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with full instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send items back without first receiving written approval from our team at contact@ravellocards.com.
Items must be returned:
- In their original condition and packaging
- Within the timeframe communicated by our support team after approval
Ravello Cards reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the above conditions.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If your refund is approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at contact@ravellocards.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and respond within 2–4 business days with an appropriate resolution.
6. Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at contact@ravellocards.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. If the order is confirmed lost, we will offer either a replacement or a refund depending on product availability.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed for shipment. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@ravellocards.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must go through the standard return process outlined above.
8. Preorder Refunds
Preorders can be cancelled and fully refunded at any time before the item has been dispatched. Once a preorder has been dispatched, it falls under our standard Refund Policy outlined above. Please refer to our Preorder Policy for full details.
