1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods, all processed securely through Stripe:

All payment methods are available at checkout. No account registration is required to complete a purchase.
2. Payment Security
All transactions on ravellocards.com are protected by SSL encryption. Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, a globally trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Ravello Cards does not store, access, or retain your full card details or sensitive payment information on our servers at any time.
3. Currency
All prices on ravellocards.com are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion rate or foreign transaction fee. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. When You Are Charged
Your payment is processed in full at the time you place your order. This applies to both regular orders and preorders. By completing checkout, you authorize Ravello Cards to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount displayed at checkout.
5. Order Confirmation
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@ravellocards.com.
6. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check the following:
- Ensure your card details are entered correctly
- Confirm that your card has sufficient funds
- Check that your billing address matches what your bank has on file
- Contact your bank or card provider if the issue persists
Ravello Cards is not responsible for fees or charges applied by your bank as a result of a failed or declined transaction.
7. Pricing Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that all prices displayed on ravellocards.com are accurate. In the rare event of a pricing error, Ravello Cards reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to the original payment method. We will notify you by email if this occurs.
8. Taxes & Duties
Product prices displayed on ravellocards.com do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may be applicable in your country. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority. Ravello Cards has no control over these fees and is unable to predict or cover them.
9. Refunds on Payments
If you are eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
