Preorder Policy

At Ravello Cards, we occasionally offer products available for preorder before their official release date. Please read this policy carefully before placing a preorder to ensure you fully understand the terms.


1. What Is a Preorder?

A preorder allows you to purchase a product before it becomes available for immediate shipment. By placing a preorder, you are reserving your item in advance and securing your purchase ahead of the official release or restock date.


2. Payment for Preorders

Preorders are charged in full at the time of purchase. By completing a preorder, you authorize Ravello Cards to process your full payment immediately through Stripe. We accept:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

3. Estimated Release & Shipping Dates

Each preorder product will display an estimated release or shipping date on the product page. Please note that these dates are estimates only and are subject to change due to:

  • Supplier or manufacturer delays
  • Customs or import restrictions
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Ravello Cards will notify you by email at contact@ravellocards.com if there are any significant changes to your preorder’s estimated shipping date.


4. Preorder Processing & Shipping

Once a preorder item becomes available, it will be processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Standard delivery times of 4–10 business days apply after dispatch. Free worldwide shipping applies to all preorders just as it does to regular orders.


5. Cancellations & Refunds on Preorders

You may request a cancellation of your preorder at any time before the item has been dispatched by contacting us at contact@ravellocards.com. If your preorder has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Once a preorder has been dispatched, it is subject to our standard Refund Policy and can no longer be cancelled.


6. Changes to Preorder Items

In rare cases, product details such as packaging, contents, or release dates may change due to manufacturer decisions. Ravello Cards will communicate any significant changes to affected customers via email as soon as we are informed.


7. Mixed Orders Containing Preorder Items

If your order contains both in-stock items and preorder items, please note that your entire order may be held until all items are available for shipment. If you would like your in-stock items shipped separately, please contact us at contact@ravellocards.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional shipping charges may not apply as we offer free worldwide shipping.
